• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). As we are not a VAT-registered entity, no VAT is charged on our products.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship anywhere in South Africa.

• Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to your chosen address.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns of new, unused products within 30 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA).

• Certain items (such as consumables, software, or custom orders) are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Warranties

• All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
• We do not offer additional warranties beyond the manufacturer’s terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

• All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our suppliers.
