1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return for most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be unused and in its original, resalable condition.
  • It must be in the original, undamaged packaging, with all parts and manuals included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items include: Opened software, digital products, and consumable goods like printer cartridges or batteries, unless they are defective upon arrival.

3. How to Start a Return

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will give you authorization and instructions for sending the item back to us.

4. Return Shipping & Address

Who pays for return shipping?

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to our error (defective product or wrong item sent), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method or via EFT. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different product is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a collection and a replacement or full refund at our expense.
