Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Mobicred, SnapScan, Zapper, and PayPal. All options are clearly displayed at checkout.
Payment Processing & Security
All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways that comply with PCI DSS security standards. We do not store your complete card details on our servers. For EFT payments, please send proof of payment to info@supplyshack.co.za to avoid delays. Orders will only be confirmed once the payment has cleared in our account. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order may be automatically cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We are proud to partner with Pargo for reliable and flexible delivery across South Africa.
Delivery Areas & Services
We ship to all locations within South Africa. You can choose from one of two convenient options at checkout:
- Pargo Pickup Point (Click & Collect): Choose a secure Pargo collection point near you from our interactive map. We will notify you via SMS and email when your parcel is ready for collection.
- Home Delivery: We offer nationwide home delivery through Pargo’s reliable courier network.
Processing & Delivery Times
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery timeframes are an estimated 2-5 business days from dispatch. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer weighed-based shipping across South Africa. The final cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

5. Refunds and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Supply Shack. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original packaging and condition and you have a proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable unless they are defective. These include opened software or digital products, consumables (like printer cartridges or batteries), and perishable goods.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email info@supplyshack.co.za or call +27818545393 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo if the item is damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or a defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
