1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:

- Mastercard
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Mobicred (monthly payment option)
- SnapScan / Zapper
- PayPal
All payment methods are clearly displayed at checkout. We process payments in South African Rand (ZAR) and prices include VAT where applicable.
2. Payment Processing & Security
- Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All online payments are processed via secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS security standards.
- We do not store your complete card details on our servers.
- EFT payments must be made to the bank details provided at checkout. Proof of payment should be emailed to info@supplyshack.co.za to avoid processing delays.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed:
- You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
- EFT orders will only be confirmed once payment has cleared in our account.
- If payment is not received within 48 hours (for EFT), your order may be automatically cancelled.
4. Refunds, Returns & Disputes
All refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order.
- Refund processing time is typically 7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
- If you suspect an unauthorised transaction, contact us immediately so we can investigate.
5. Additional Fees & Currency
- We do not charge additional fees beyond the total displayed at checkout.
- International customers using PayPal or foreign cards may incur bank conversion fees, which are not charged by us.
