Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Our team works efficiently to get your order out as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 14:00 SAST (Monday – Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same business day, subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed after 14:00 SAST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be automatically emailed to you from our courier partner.
2. Weight-Based Shipping Rates (South Africa)
All shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your parcel.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
The following delivery timeframes are estimates and apply after your order has been dispatched. We use reliable couriers including The Courier Guy, Aramex, Dawn Wing, and Pargo.

4. Order Collection (By Appointment)
You are welcome to collect your order from our Johannesburg location. Please contact us to schedule an appointment before arriving.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us at info@supplyshack.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage. We will initiate a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
